Choose LL-JRMZ-01 when the project needs an integrated water-delivery and control subsystem. Choose a JRB element when the appliance team owns the water path and control architecture.
1. Compare the included functions
| Function | LL-JRMZ-01 complete module | LL-JRB heating element |
|---|---|---|
| Heating path | Included | Included |
| Pump | Included | Provided by OEM appliance |
| Controller | Included | Provided by OEM appliance |
| Valves and water-path coordination | Coordinated with target appliance | Provided by OEM appliance |
| Component temperature protection | Part of module design | Auto-reset and manual-reset protection included |
| System-level safety and compliance | Completed in target appliance | Completed in target appliance |
2. Start from the appliance team’s control boundary
- Use a complete module when the project needs an integrated pump and controller and wants a defined module-level dispensing function.
- Use a heating element when the OEM already owns the pump curve, valve sequence, sensing, main control and user interface.
- Do not represent the JRB room-temperature water flow as guaranteed hot-water output.
- For either architecture, validate the final outlet temperature, cycle and protection behavior in the target appliance.
3. Compare the current published range
| Model | Boundary | Rated power | Envelope | Published life |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| LL-JRMZ-01 | Complete module | 2100 W | 201×108×40 mm | >10,000 h |
| LL-JRB-003 | Heating element | 2100 W | 50×36×136 mm | >10,000 h |
| LL-JRB-004A | Heating element | 2200 W | 50×36×155 mm | >10,000 h |
| LL-JRB-004B | Heating element | 3000 W | 50×36×155 mm | >10,000 h |
| LL-JRB-002 | Heating element | 3500 W | 63×30×218 mm | >3,000 h |
